FAQ
Questions we get often about delivery, privacy, rights, and future phases.
For organizations
Are you still accepting new organizations in 2026?
Yes, for paying client work and scoped consulting engagements. The grant-funded controlled trial is separate: participant spots for that trial are full, and we are awaiting July 2026 grant decisions with additional organizations lined up if funded. Get in touch to discuss fit.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on scope and the nature of the engagement. Some funded work is delivered through specific partner agreements; consulting and future-phase work are scoped separately. Ask and we'll be direct about fit, timing, and cost.
Can our organization provide a letter of support?
Yes. We welcome letters of support for grant applications and aligned initiatives when the fit is real. Email with what you need and your timeline.
How long does a project typically run?
Projects usually run across months and can continue longer. We use small daily creative tasks and weekly check-ins so progress is visible without rushing participants.
What if someone pauses or drops out?
Projects are modular, so an individual can pause without collapsing the whole workflow. Participation is always voluntary. People can collaborate, work independently, or step back at any time.
How much training do caregivers need?
We teach the model so it slots into existing routines. No specialized instructors. Staff use the devices and apps they already know. We'll figure out the training with you when we set things up.
Data & privacy
Where is people's work stored? Who has access?
Media is stored under partner control with clear access boundaries. Punkeye helps establish capture and archive routines so work remains organized and retrievable. Public sharing only happens through explicit consent and agreed release steps.
What about consent for filming?
Consent is ongoing, not one-and-done. Participation is guided by daily choice and communication access. If someone chooses not to contribute, that is respected. People tell their own stories; we do not speak for them.
Rights & ownership
Who owns the final films?
Participants keep credit for what they make. Creative value is based on decision-making, not device handling. Media and stories remain under participant and partner control, and nothing is shared publicly without consent.
For families
What's the family/individual offering?
We're building it. Same model: everyday technology, structure. Subscriptions or sessions with a loved one and their caregiver. Format is still in development. Express interest and we'll add you to the list.
